What song moves you to tears or to pure joy?

What day in your life changed your life forever?

Have you ever regretted doing something and been able to make up for it?

I used to host a morning show. Thinking up questions everyday for close to five years was alternately a pain, an exercise in creativity, and occasionally futile. On days when my partner and I couldn't come up with anything stupid - "why do we shiver when we pee?" - or brilliant -  "what question would you like us to ask?" - we would employ a classic technique to get people to call in - give away free stuff or actually take in and play requests.

Worked like a charm all the time.

I miss those days. Sometimes. Thank God Vox lets me unleash this part of me that's still there in our booth sitting in front of the console with buttons, sliders and a big old mic.

Now if only my partner would get with the program and start b-l-o-g-g-i-n-g instead of being a rock star...
